The Alpha Renewal Retreat is a combined centralised event for small group members who have been attending the Alpha Series in HighPointe small groups.

At the retreat, participants will complete the following sessions together.

• Who Is The Holy Spirit?
• What Does The Holy Spirit Do?
• How Can I Be Filled With The Holy Spirit?

The Alpha Renewal Retreat is thoughtfully facilitated that all participants can have a personal encounter with the Christian faith. The retreat is all about getting away from the busyness of everyday life so people can connect with each other and connect with God. It’s the part of Alpha that many people say was the turning point in their Alpha experience. We consistently see hearts more open to Jesus and lives changed; that’s why we do it. It is a time to watch all the talks about the Holy Spirit, waiting on God and praying together, and for people to relax and have fun.

It is also an opportunity to attend the sessions together with other small groups who are participating in Alpha at the same time and place.
